The Project is divided into 2 phases. The two-story Admin Building is designed to support operations for both Phases 1 and 2and includes all electrical and mechanical infrastructure equipment on the Ground Floor and shall accommodate 16 MDC units with IT equipment on the First Floor. Phase 1 shall include 16 MDC units providing space for 80 racks. Future expansions within Phase 2 can accommodate the installation of the additional 16 MDC units providing an additional 80 racks. Full build out with 32 MDC units shall provide 1.28 MW of critical IT power within the MDC’s and space for 160 racks. 800 kW of critical IT power and cooling within the MDC’s was available at startup with scalable growth in the electrical and mechanical equipment sets to reach the maximum capacity of 1.28 MW. Each of the 16 MDC units planned for Phase 1 accommodate five 600 mm wide racks with 8-15kW of critical power each.
